Job Title: Field Sales Representative – RV Industry (Travel-On Tire Safety Bands)
Location: Southern California (or relevant region)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager or Owner
Position Summary:
Travel-On is seeking a motivated and professional Field Sales Representative to introduce and sell our innovative tire safety bands to RV dealerships, RV tire shops, storage facilities, service centers, and other relevant businesses. This is a business-to-business (B2B) outside sales role ideal for someone with an understanding of the RV industry or aftermarket automotive accessories, and who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Identify and visit RV dealerships, tire shops, storage facilities, RV parks with service offerings, and relevant retail or service businesses.

Initiate contact with sales managers, finance managers, service managers, or owners to present the Travel-On product line.

Product Education & Demonstration:

Clearly explain the benefits, features, and safety enhancements of the Travel-On system.

Demonstrate how Travel-On works using provided marketing materials, physical samples, or video content.

Sales & Account Development:
-
Secure retail partnerships or service relationships.

Offer and negotiate wholesale pricing, consignment deals, or service-based agreements.

Assist in setting up initial orders and provide ongoing support to new accounts.

Marketing & Promotion:

Deliver and post brochures, window clings, counter mats, and laminated sales sheets.

Coordinate with the main office for follow-up visits, trainings, and customer support.

Reporting & Communication:

Log daily activity and report leads, follow-ups, and account status.

Provide feedback from the field to help improve sales strategy and product presentation.

Requirements:

Proven track record in outside sales or route sales (automotive or RV industry experience preferred).

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally throughout the region.

Comfortable working independently and representing a brand professionally.

Basic understanding of tires, RVs, or aftermarket vehicle accessories is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling F&I products, safety devices, or aftermarket parts.

Existing relationships in the RV, tire, or vehicle service industries.

Knowledge of dealership finance menu selling or RV maintenance practices.
